Firm Overview

Moore & Alphin, PLLC was formed on January 1, 2000, by Richard Moore, the managing shareholder of the Raleigh office of the former Charlotte firm of Perry, Patrick, Farmer & Michaux, P.A. and Mark Teague, a senior associate in the Raleigh office. The Alphin name came from the merger of the practice of Oliver W. Alphin, a Durham real estate attorney who retired at the time of the merger.

Our staff prides itself on providing unmatched client service. To meet the needs of our clients, we have offices in both Raleigh and Durham. Our staff is trained in dealing with complex real estate transactions and business issues. Client/attorney/staff relationships are important to us. We have clients, both large and small, who have been with us since 1984.
