What to Bring to Closing


Please be sure to bring the following items to closing:

• Certified Check made payable to Moore & Alphin, PLLC in the amount given to you by your Moore & Alphin Processor
• Drivers License
• Original Power of Attorney (if you are signing on the behalf of someone)
• Any other items required by your lender

If married, both spouses are required to attend closing.
